Re release of colt mustang pocketlites

I was wondering if anyone else has noticed that some of the lower serial number colt mustang pocketlites of the new re release ones have a normal aluminum looking frame and the newer higher serial numbered ones have a brownish tint to the frame. I just got another one yesterday and its more of a normal aluminum frame look. My other new model re release one was of a higher serial number model and it had a brownish tint to it. I've also noticed this in other pictures online. Any thoughts or input would be great.
