PS 79 M2 Ammo

I just pulled three bullets from PS 79 M2 ammo.
151 grain bullet - 59 grains of powder.
It is a ball powder.
Does anyone know what powder they used ?

Seems to be a hot load to me.

PS is Korean and loaded with powder that you most likely will never be able to obtain.

PS ammo shoots very well in my Springfield M1903A3.
