SBS brass getting stuck
I bought some once fired .308 brass from Everglades. It's a mix of manufacturers. I loaded 30 rds with 6 being SBS. All the SBS gets stuck in the chamber when charging. I was just wondering if anybody else has had this problem with this brass.

Sticking in the die (chamber)? Firearm type? Die type? Case lube?

Thanks greentick. mikld, the gun is a CMMG 308 and the SBS brass is the only brass (completed round) that sticks in the guns chamber.

Have you checked your resized brass against a good case gauge? You really need to do that first thing. Sounds like the cases may have been MG fired in a really loose chanber and your resizing didn't push the shoulder quite all the way back into spec. Can you lower the sizing die down any more? Might take enough so that the ram is "camming over" when you resize.
I've reloaded many thousands of SBS cases and had no problems. |

My first question would be if you full length sized all of your brass?
