Question about WCC Cases

After a couple of IPDA meets and practices, I have somehow accumulated some brass that looks like and measures like 9 mm. The brass is stamped WCC 12 or WCC 11. Because it is not stamped 9 mm I have pulled it aside.
Anybody know what WWC 12 or WWC 11 is?
I am a complete newbie to reloading and have put this stuff aside because I don't know what it is. I don't need to reload this but would rather not waste it.
Your help is appreciated.

WCC is Winchester Cartridge Company The 11 or 12 is the date, and it should have the NATO cross in circle in the headstamp too. Load it like any other 9mm.

Thank you. That cross in a circle was very tiny and hard to decipher.

Look to see if the primer pocket is crimped,if it is then the crimp will have to be removed before reloading.

And before that WCC was the head stamp of Western Cartridge Company, then Winchester declared bankruptcy about 1929 and sold the ammo side to Olion, again, WCC was owned by Olin and his head stamp was WCC for Western Cartridge Company, then, came the WWC head stamp for Winchester Western Cartridge added to WRA which stood for Winchester Repeating ARMS.

I have several pieces of the 9mm WCC and found that I did not need to do anything to the crimp.
I have about a 100 WCC 64/71 45 ACP that I have used for years. They needed the primer pocket crimp removed or swaged.
It is good brass.
