Are the moon clips for S&W 1917 and Colt 1917 interchangeable?

Yes. At least the half moon military clips are, the Army would not have wanted the complication of two sets of clips.
I would expect a full moon clip to work but can't say for sure.

Full moon works in both my Colt 1917 and Brazilian S&W.
