I just added another one to my collection tonight. No pics yet, but it's the Glock 21 SF. :-)

I have a lot of Glock pride, but if you've seen one black polymer pistol, you've seen them all.

The only mods I make are night sights.

Here’s my G17 & G19. Both are gen 2, former police weapons with TFO sights.
The slide on the G17 was done in a custom GunKote color by LTM.

I wore the G19 every day for years. It was my nightstand gun. Now I use an XDm 3.8 9mm.

I was looking at the Gen 4 G26/27 today as well. I stopped by Glockmeister to get night sights installed on my new G21SF and they had some in stock. Looks pretty good, but I didn't get to fondle it.

The only Glock I've ever owned that I actually liked...looking to try a Gen 4 19 out though.

Mods:
grip reduction
360 degree stiple
cut out around around mag release
dyed black (it used to be OD green)
smooth trigger out of a G17
Ghost "tactical" 5lbs trigger connector
polished all trigger parts
extended slide release
MeproLight night sights
Wolff steel guide rod/spring
Wolff firing pin spring & plunger spring

If you can imagine a more plasticy but still aggressive 25 LPI checkering feel all over your hand as you grip it with a pretty strong recoil spring to work with and a fully supported polygonal rifled barrel, you got a pretty good idea of what it's like. It's pretty nice.

All I've done to mine thus far is polish the feed ramp and chamber, that's it. The feed ramp still looks black but like a really polished black and it's smooth too. I use a jewelers compound to polish all my barrels, feed ramps, feed lips, etc. Works awesome, like a new piece of glass when I'm done.

You might try looking at:
http://www.wilsoncombat.com/p_kz45.asp

or:
http://www.wilsoncombat.com/p_specops.htm

A different looking "black polymer pistol" in my book.

Note: I have owned three different Glock models over the years, G29 was my favorite CCW for about 7 years. No disrespect intended in this little "off topic" rabbit trail.

woconnor : Burger- who does your slides? they look slick.

I did it.

The Glock 21sf doesn't feel like a brick anymore.

I rounded the front of the grip
Dehorned the trigger gaurd
Got rid of the rail
Messed with the slide (front and back)
Any a few other touches here and there to make it mine.
