Shout out for RCBS
I lost the paddle handle for my Trim Pro, must have been years ago during a move. As I have loaded pistol rounds exclusively, didn't need it. Now I'm getting back into rifle and had to have it.
I called RCBS this afternoon, and after about 10 minutes on hold, got to a Customer rep. Fully expecting and very willing to buy the part, he got my info and is sending it to me free! I told him I lost the part (it was not missing from a new order) and he said that was fine. Not even a postage fee. I've had my system 25+ years now, and have always been pleased with it. That's some great PR and customer service that I won't forget. Good folks. Just thought I'd pass it on. |

I agree. I bought my Pro2000 press earlier this year and promptly broke one of the handles off of the star wheel while setting up the press. I hadn't indexed the shell plate all the way and raised the ram and SNAP. Oops. I went back to the shop to buy another one, but the shop guy said I should call RCBS. I went ahead and bought one at the shop, but when I called RCBS they sent me one for free too. I even told them it was my own stupid fault. So now I have a spare. RCBS CS = A-OK IMHO.

+1 here
NOBODY backs their products better! Just a side note, I wanted to BUY a "spare parts kit" for my PRO 2000, kinda like Dillon SELLS for their machines, They would not sell me the parts that I thought I may need one day, instead they sent all I asked for, NO CHARGE --NO POSTAGE. That was about 5 years ago still haven`t needed them. |

Could not agree more with the extent to see that their customers are taken care of. This is why I will always be a lifetime customer. Thanks RCBS

I have no experience with RCBS customer service. Their stuff never gives me any trouble.

I have only had one problem with the RCBS powder measure and it turned out it was my fault (I did not change the drop tube). I spent 30 minutes on the phone with a customer service rep and she figured the problem out as we went through the set-up step by step.
I was impressed by her professionalism and how nice she was when dealing with a blockhead like myself. Although most of my stuff is green, I do have some red mixed in. |

"..very willing to buy the part, he got my info and is sending it to me free!"
That's nice and I'm glad you're getting your part but "free" it ain't; you more than paid for most of it at purchase. Those who don't bend, break or lose their RCBS parts help pay for those who do. It can't be otherwise and them stay in business. |

I've called RCBS customer service a couple times over the years and both times they shipped new parts at no cost to me and I had the parts within a couple days. Nobody has better, and faster, customer service than RCBS. They are the best!

I think RCBS customer service is absolutely top-notch. They sent me the parts that I broke, even though it was my fault and I told them so, they said it did matter we stand behind our products. And when I broke the same part again, they actually sent me a new die to see what the problem was.
My bench, will always be faithfully green |

RCBS and their customer service reps are fantastic
I went into reloading hibernation and left Ammo Master progressive reloading press in the garage uncovered and came back over 10 plus years later and found it missing parts and rather rusty. I called RCBS over the next few months requesting the parts as I needed them to rebuild it. No questions asked and they sent them immediately post free. Now my Ammo Master is putting out loaded shell after shell. Great company that support its products and customers. I will buy again......

The Brownell's catalog quotes John Ruskin who says it best and I'll paraphrase; "It's better to pay a little more and get quality to start with, than to pay less and find out that what you bought is not adequet. You have then lost your initial investment and have to start over and buy quality".
Everything on my bench is green except for a few tools that RCBS did not make. eg; Wilson, Sinclair, Moe's etc. I know that others make good reloading tools, some have excellent customer service and some charge more, but for me I know that RCBS's reputation, reasonable price and dependability is a good long-term investment. For me reputation is the bottom line. I've never had to call RCBS customer service. |

I try to buy RCBS equipment every time I see something I think I need. Their customer service is the best in the business. I wish every thing I own had that kind of warranty!
