Bench height Forster

Just bought a Forster Co-Ax press . Can some that uses a Forster press give me a ideal height for my loading bench.

It seems as though that would be an almost entirely personal choice. Dependent in no small measure (pun intended HA!) on your height. Difficult for someone to tell you how high your press should be....

Whit,

Since the Co-ax works in the opposite manner than other presses height is important. I like to sit when I reload on a Single stage press but I stand up when loading on my Progressive. My bench where I have my Co-ax bolted on is 34" high. I am a fairly average sized guy at 6' tall. Hope that helps. I think you will like the Co-Ax Press. Once you get used to it they work very well.

It completely depends on if you are going to stand or sit. I do all mine sitting
and my bench is about 30" so that feels comfortable to me. HOWEVER, if
you are going to sit you really need to consider getting the short handle.
The long handle kind of forces you to sit quite a ways from the bench and
you almost have to lean in to place each round. Just think about the
radius of the arc for the short and long handle. I do put the long handle back in when doing rifle rounds because the extra leverage it provides. You'll just
have to experiment a little. All that said, I love that press!

I you like to stand while reloading, the bench top height should be at the same height as your elbow when standing.

When I am sitting at my bench, the bottom of the co-ax is about 2 inches higher than my navel. I works just fine for me. I did not research it, that's just the height of my bench. I would imagine that it would work at that height for most anyone, since I have a blown out back and 2 bum shoulders, all semi-reconstructed.
