S&W Model 36--Grips and Holster???
I have an older Smith and Wesson Model 36, Chiefs Special that I would like to regrip and find a CCW holster for it, any suggestions. This firearm is Nickle plated with a 2" bbl. Thanks.

mine
My M36 wears Uncle Mike's boot grips, which are a huge improvement over the factory splinters. Price is right too. Mine typically just rides in my pocket.

Use the Pachmyar grippers for my J-frame and
love the Bianichi #3 Piistol Pocket, an inside waist-band.

You might consider the Tyler T grips. They work very well for me.

+1 on the Tyler T-grips.
Since you are dealing with an older model 36, you might want to determine whether you have a square butt or a round butt before getting grips. IIRC S&W has not made the square butt for some time, but they weren't all that uncommon back around the 70's. You can find replacements for the square butt, just not as easily as the round butt. Holsters abound for the j-frame. |

Check out Galco for a colcealable holster if you don't mind spending $ on the best. Jolly said it, though. You really have almost too many options to choose from. Would it be an EDC-situation?
