Harris Bi-pod adapter for S&W I-Bolt

Hello everyone, I just have a quick question for anyone that could help me. I have a Harris Bi-Pod that I have equipted to my S&W M&P 15 stock hand guard. I just purchesed a Vertical grip for the M&P and want to transfer my Bi-Pod to my S&W I-Bolt and I am not sure what adapter I should get, I was looking at the Harris Universal barrel clamp, but was wondering if there was any other alternatives. Thank you for your help.

I have the same problem with my Ruger all-weather with the skeleton stock. I would not use a barrel clamp as the pressure on the barrel might change shot to shot. I also noted the swivel studs on the S & W and that makes me think we both need aftermarket stocks to make a Harris bipod work.

Don't know about the bipod, but just make sure you get your I-bolt checked out and okayed. That factory recall sounds pretty scarry. S&W says the thing can go off even when the trigger is not pulled.

There's a relatively inexpensive bipod for sale on the internet that attaches to the bayonet lug of the M&P-15 carbine. I use one on my Lauer carbine, works pretty good.
