Winchester 190 Receiver

I recently pulled Grandpa's model 190 Winchester out to do a little plinking with my son and found that it is jamming. After field stripping and cleaning it I noticed the receiver was quite worn. Is there anyway to repair this? if not where can I find a replacement receiver for this rifle. It was my grandpa's and I would like to hand it down in good shape to my son when I kick the bucket. Is this receiver interchangeable with a model 290

Yes they are the same receiver.
