7 Mag & Large Rifle Primers

Can anyone suggest a powder and load for a 139 grain 7mm mag round using large rifle primers? Having trouble finding magnum primers and I know there are plenty of loads out there that use the standard LR. Thanks!

Hodgdons site has some medium powder loads for 120-130gr bullets that will get you started. I would try 4895 or 4064.
