Remington 788, 243 ,trigger??
I have a mod.788 with an 8.5 lb pull! Can this be adjusted?? How?? Thanks Jim

I just installed a new trigger from Midway.
They have several on sale now. Rem triggers are known for being harsh and gritty. It is usually cheaper to replace them than to have a gunsmith try to improve them; many times it can't be properly done. Aftermarket triggers are the best solution, you get exactly what you need and easy adjustability. My Basix trigger cost $100 and took 10 minutes to install. |

I have 788 in 308, the trigger was not that bad, but the timney I installed is so much better, definately worth the money
