choke tubes
Anyone have a suggestion for a full, ultra-full choke tube for a Benelli 12 ga? For turkeys. What kind of pattern have you had in comparison with the 3's and 3 1/2 mags? How has it been out to 50+ yards. I know that tubes and such are probably going to affect each gun differently, but was just wanting a rough comparison. I believe that Benelli and Beretta are somewhat synonymous when it comes to most manufacturers. Thanks.

The Benelli makes a good gun for turkey huntting. We did one the other day and it would just hamer. As for the 50 yard stuff I dont know but he shot it at 42 yards and had 28 shot in the kill zone. That was with the Win hev shot 6's. We had a 870 make a kill at 62 yards with the same shell but I would not try it everyday. LOL

Forgot to mention; I have a Nova. I don't know if they will be exacly the same tubes in comparison with the M-1, Black/Super Black Eagle, etc. Just a side note.

He was shooting a Blake Eagle but we test fired it in a nova when he was doing it at 1st. I will call him and fined out how that set up worked with what shell.

I had a Carlson extended full choke for my Nova and it patterned 3" Remington 6 shot quite dense at 40 yds.
