Just curious- how many presses do you own?

I started this thread because of the one on this forum about the first time you (we) reloaded. My thought was "I've sure acquired a lot of stuff since that Lee loader". Then I took a quick inventory of my presses. I have twelve of the things (all necessary, of course.). Two are hand presses, four are progressives, one is a swaging press, and there's a semi-progressive, a Rockchucker, a single station 12 ga. press and a Lee Load-all in 12ga. as well as a Mec 600 in 20 ga.
I wouldn't have thought that when I started.

RCBS Reloader Special 5.. My only press to date. Some day I'll go progressive... That is if gas prices ever drop!

I have 2 RCBS and a Lee. I have the Lee and the big RCBS mounted in tandem on my bench. once set up can turn out some rounds. sometimes a shooting buddy helps by doing the seating/crimping die stage. (pistol rounds)

I have an old Lee single stage press and a new-ish Lee classic turret. The single stage is used pretty much only for pulling bullets now, and the turret for everything else. Many thousands of rounds have gone through them without a problem.

I started two years ago with the Lee classic turret. Even tho my shooting has increased I haven't needed to upgrade to a different press. The CT is my only press so far and has been trouble free.

Hmmm. Let's see: 2 Hornady LNL AP's, 1 Hornady 366 progressive shotshell press, 1 Bair 3 station H press, 1 Neil Jones arbor press for bench rest dies. That makes 5 presses currently plus last year I gave away a Hornady Projector and 2 MEC shotshell presses.

Dillon 550B and a RCBS Reloader special.

I want to add an RCBS turret and a MEC shotshell loader as well. I would like to also add one more 550B so I have one small primer set up and one large primer set up.

presses

MikeNB: "Forgot about the Lee Loader, 5 sets of various calibers and gauges."
Yeah, me too, I own old ones in shotgun gauges 20, 16, 12 as well as .410.
And in common pistol/rifle calibers. There's a few. I don't normally think of them as presses but I guess that they are in a basic sense.
Now you've got me thinking...there's a Lyman 310 and dies on the shelf. Hmmm. Don't I need more of those?

darkgael, Those lee loaders in small gauges are bringing top dollar now and cant believe how many still use them. I love em for what their ment to do and nice and easy to use. I got one thats a zero error kit and it loads just as good as my press. Its alot slower but at the range, Its great for tweaking loads.

4 1 lee challenger , 1 dillon 650, 1 dillon super swage, 1 lee pro 1000.

the lee challenger has been used to resize thousands of 223 before going to the 650 to load. it also loads all my other rifle cartridges. I mention this because it has taken alot of abuse for a low cost press.
