Whats the difference...

whats the difference between the Ruger P85 and the P89? they both look the same to me.

Also i heard the P89 was discontinued... Does anyone know if the P90 is still being made?

The P89 is a slight upgrade on the controls and feel of the P85.

To the best of my knowledge, yes, they are still making the P90. I own both the P90 and the P345 and despite my deep love of wheel guns and steel, I am more pleased with the fit and feel of the polymer .45, the P345. The P90 feels blocky vs. the curved grip of the P345, the 90 is also a bit clumsy.

There may have been some safety issues with some of the P85's. Mine would fire with the safety on sometimes. Good pistol otherwise.
