Do you think it's worth the 30.00 a year

I was wondering the same thing. I am new to reloading and bought a Lyman manual, then a Speer manual (which came with my RCBS kit)... neither of which included data for .204 Ruger in the editions I had. I now have a Hornady manual.

My question is what am I paying for? Are the recipes a collection of homebrew concoctions or actual tested and verified loads.

went there ..... saw that..... didn't like it..... try handloads online...or reloading pages of m.d.smith............not 30 bucks.... not any bucks.... just some good info......

I think the powder manufacturers will gladly send you current data, and websites abound.

Manuals you open and read help.

There are places like here.

These things are free, as they should be.

Just got the 7th edition Hornady and it has that and other new load data in it.

I think that you could easily find $30 of value from an annual subscription at loaddata.com.

I also believe that you can find excellent info and data from the other mentioned sites (and here's another: http://forums.handloads.com/).

One thing I won't agree with though is that there is "free" sites out there. Ain't no such thing as a free site, or a free lunch. If you find value in a good site you really should contribute monetarily if possible.
