Marlin Glenfield Model 60 old style action assy
Anyone have any ideas where I can pick one up? Numrich has been out of them for as long as I can remember and not sure where else I could find one.
Also anyone know if the new style would work in the old style rifle? |

yes it will
The only thing that Marlin has done over the years of this rifle is make advancements in the way the cartridge is delivered up into the chamber out of the magazine and changed how the side rails are attached and I believe the old and new style are exactly the same.
The dimensions of the action are supposed to be the same. You can even upgrade from the older style of feeding system to the new style by changing out a few parts. I would see if Marlin might have a new receiver for you. |
