Data for 180g 10mm lead bullets?
I can't find much info on this bullet in my manuals. I see 170g lead and 200g lead, but no 180g.
I loaded up a dozen each of the following with W231 under Oregon Trail Laser-Cast 180g lead bullets: 5.1g 5.3g 5.5g 5.7g The 5.7g was the most accurate of the bunch. It didn't show any pressure signs aside from flattened primers, which I expect with 10mm in the first place. Anyone know if 5.7g is close to or over the max for this bullet? Thanks. ![]() |
