Black T or MetacolIII or Rogaurd? What are the attributes of each. Are there any other alternatives? I'm sorry, I'm interested in sending in a Kimber(horrible finish). I want a polished look like those on the Colt python, or those Wilson handguns that are in the ads.

Roguard is nice and slick. Sort of a semigloss black. I've got an HKP7M13 that Robar did their NP3 finish on 10 yrs ago and it is the best self-lubricating finish I have used. It is more resistant to abrasion than Roguard in my experience. The color is a subdued silver or platinium. Robar does impeccable work. Rob
