Anybody Shot a 50GI?

I read an article on a 50cal. 1911 varient made by www.guncrafterindustries.com Has anyone owned or shot one? If so what did you think of it? Did it kick more than the 45? Was it accurate? Was it reliable? How much and how available was the ammunition? It's way to expensive for me to get one. This is just curiosity.

Thanks,
Henry Baker

$2,895 MSRP - If I just had it laying around....

This should be standard Army issue.

I feel the same way butch. As far as I'm concerned 45ACP is tops, but bigger is always better.

And no i hav enot shot one, but would like to. Hence the novelty of it.
