New Video: Open Box Review of the American Trigger AR Gold Trigger

Hey everyone!

I just dropped a new video on my YouTube channel, and I’m excited to share it with you guys. I did an open box review of the American Trigger AR Gold Trigger. If you're curious about what makes this trigger so special or are thinking about upgrading your AR, this video will give you a detailed look at its features and performance.

I’ve also been working with a friend recently on changing up the recording and editing style to improve the overall quality of my content. I’m really excited about the direction we’re taking, and I’d love to hear what you guys think.

If you're interested in the trigger or just want to check out the changes in how I’m presenting my content, feel free to watch the video! Your feedback is always appreciated, and I’d love to hear any comments or questions.

Here’s the link to the video: http://https://youtu.be/R82beemd9B4?si=wUBC7FNh5mlxbQ4d

Looking forward to seeing you there!

Cheers,

that's an "odd" URL.

That is because it has a tracking segment built-in.
If you don't want to be tracked, or "provide" tracking, delete everything after and including the question mark.

Aside from the opening duplicate, of course.

There is a better link to the same thing.

Just pointing out a few things since you asked.

What was shown on the scale was not what was written on the screen. This kind of discredits you. I’ll let you figure out the math issue.

Then, you test pulled it in a jig. So, that is why you saw so much variation. That said, most viewers are wondering is that you, the trigger or the jig causing that?

Try pulling the trigger through the center of the buttstock slowly. That should get you under 2oz variation with a decent trigger.

Have you shot it? 90% of a trigger is how it feels under different types of live fire like slow pull target shooting vs rapid pull action shooting. Can you outrun the trigger….that is pull it faster than it can reset causing some kind of weird malfunction? Under super slow fire target shooting, how does the creep feel? You have to show shooting it in a gun.

As far as presentation, video quality, backgrounds, etc…..it looked very professional. Good job.

Thanks for the detailed feedback—I really appreciate you taking the time to break it down. Trust me, I noticed those discrepancies as well. Recently, I’ve been working with a friend to help film and edit my videos instead of doing everything solo, as I used to. He’s not deeply involved in the firearms world yet, and I had him handle the editing on this one, so he didn’t catch the difference between ounces and pounds on the trigger pull gauge and assumed it was all in ounces. That was on me for not reviewing it more closely before posting.

It’s a work in progress, but I’m focused on improving both the visual quality and accuracy of my content as I collaborate with others. Definitely aiming to refine things moving forward—thanks again for the constructive input!

great trigger, same one I have in my rifle. Found out the hard way the adjustable ones do not fit in my Colt lower.
