Cheapest possible Pistol targets for Sd practice
https://www.walmart.com/ip/Great-Val...300ct/11303939
These are a favorite of mine. For accuracy work, I add 3” dot stickers. https://www.amazon.com/Splatter-Shoo...dp/B0DGG752GC/ Is there a better deal? I’m at about $0.09 per target with dots. |

I built target stands to hold 'horse mat' material; it's essentially the same stuff self-healing targets are made of. $36 bought enough for three, 2'x4' targets.
Spray paint it white and every hit shows like one of those 'splatter' targets. Respray it and it disappears. Takes (literally) thousands of rounds per inch, as long as you use round nose ammo. You can also use a color to create whatever target you choose, either freehand or from a template. Best of all, you don't have to keep changing targets-walk downrange, spray, fresh target. Mine have lasted two years and show minimal signs of any damage. I'd imagine my cost is nearly incalculable on a per-round basis. Larry
