Weight of black tipped 30-06 bullet

What weight was the black tipped 30-06 AP bulllet? Was it the same as the 150 grain M-2?

I'm asking because different weight means different ballistics.

No. 165 +/- 3 grains.
I cannot find a ballistic coefficient for that bullet. It is a 165 gr flat base but the steel core makes it longer than a lead core bullet.
