Reloading styer M95 8x56r help please.

I have a question that hopefully the old school reloaders can answer.

My dad lent me his m95 styer mannlicher, which I'm going to be reloading for. I can't find reloading data anywhere for the 8x56r round, the lee dies I'll wind up getting will come with some data. Does anyone know of any old reloading manuals that have data for this round?

The second question is this. The projectile available for the round is .329 or .330. From what I read, originally the guns were chambered for 8x50, with a bullet diameter of .323. The chambers were then changed for the 8x56r. I don't think the barrels were changed. From some reading, it says that the original round, with the 323 diameter, had a base that expanded or what not to prevent gas cutting and what not. Anywho...anyone ever reload this caliber? My friend gave me some .323 and I tried sitting the projectile in the muzzle and it doesn't go in all the way. (Kinda like the test for a mosin nagant to see how tight the chamber is) (i know ill still need to slug it) So What have been ya'lls experience with this rifle and round?
