Does Missouri or Bayous ever have deals or free shipping?

Anyone ever see? Never bought from either but plan on switching.

Also curious if anyone has an opinion on one more than the other?

Both make good bullets. Why not email both suppliers and ask directly about free shipping. Buy 1,000's of bullets and the discount on volume will help pay shipping. Try a group buy to get the volume up

first shipment free

My recollection is that either Missouri or Extreme offered free shipping on the first order. Check their websites.

I don't recall seeing free shipping, but Matt Dardas makes good bullets (I bought some of his 200 grain .45 SWC's that shoot well) and he gives a 5% discount to Firing Line members, which at least helps with the shipping.

I seem to recall something, around this time last year. However, given the climate, not sure they need to do it. As stated already, the cost reduction is in the bulk purchase. Also stated, contact them. I've corresponded with both owners and they are great people to work with.

Happy shopping

Missouri Bullet Company:
Quote:
Discounts for Registered Gun Clubs
As a reflection of our commitment to the shooting sports, we invite your club to join our registered gun club discount program. Once your club has registered, you will receive a discount code for your members to use when placing orders.

Discounts for Law Enforcement & Military Personnel (active and retired)
We are proud to offer discounts to those who serve. Please give us a call or email us for details BEFORE ordering. We cannot apply the discount retroactively.

Discounts for Dealers and Quantity Orders
We offer discounts for quantity orders starting at 12,000 bullets. Our generous quantity discounts and immense production capacity make it quick and easy for groups and dealers to stock our wide array of hardness-optimized bullets. We can turn any order around in days and have it stretch-wrapped and banded on one or more pallets, ready for freight pickup for you very quickly.
Good stuff from either. Missouri bullet does offer several discounts to clubs and organizations, I also suggest you give them a call. They are really nice people to deal with as well as talk to. You can also shoot them any questions using the link I posted above.

You aren't going to get free shipping from anyone. Think about the weight involved. My postman makes me unload the truck because he refuses to lift it a second time.

The only way you could possibly see free shipping is a sizable increase in product price, thus one way or another, you're paying for it.

Either you find a supply at Cabela's (don't see lead cast at BassPro on-line) or your local gun store OR you learn how to cast yourself.

Good luck.

Bayou just had 10% off case prices for black friday, it was in an email alert I got from them. Only time I have ever seen a "deal" from them. However, their prices are great for what you are getting normally, but a case does even out the shipping cost. I actually prefer them over jacketed pistol bullets.
