Looking for extra training during work

I am looking for some training/certificates I can earn online while at work. I have periods of the day where I have extended breaks and thought "Hey what would be good to fill my time with." I am looking for good information but would like to pick up a couple "padding" certs like the Instructor cert from LASR. I know the NRA has a couple but frankly I don't want to drop the cash for that right now. I am already a Basic Pistol and RSO.

Well, I am ambivalent about "padding"

, but FEMA has a whole slew of online certs you can earn for things like disaster management.

CourseEra.com com has a number of online classes which might be of interest, and you get certs from actual Universities.
