Deadly Force: Threat to Head vs Threat to Body
Should there be any difference in response if deadly force is directed towards the head instead of the body?
In other words, if a bad guy has a gun aimed at someone's head, should you do anything differently than if the gun was aimed at their body in the exact same situation? |

No. That's simple.
PS - I was an expert witness in a case where an old man stuck a paring knife with a little blade in to the chest of a young buff stud. Said stud dropped stone cold dead - on the spot. NO running around for 15 seconds or whatever. Just thought of that, Frank.

The question has just been definitively answered.
