Springfield xdm pink accessories?
Hey guys, my girlfriend is getting really confident with her 22. So we will be getting her a new pistol here soon. We are debating between the glock 19 and the xdm 9mm. I am more of a glock guy myself but the safety features on the xdm are making me lean to the xdm because she is still a new shooter. Are there any websites for customizing the xdm? I am looking mainly for pink parts like the ones you find on rockyourglock.com Thanks!

How about just getting what ever she wants... then hitting it with pink (or whatever) DuraCoat?

Could be worse... she might have an affinity for a Korth revolver or a Pardini GT... and want that in pink too.

I agree with the duracoat idea but I would get Cerakote instead, it's apparently more durable and lasts longer. business end customs is pretty highly recommended, you might try there.

My wife just bought a new XDm.
She out of the blue decided that her revolvers were getting a bit dated and she was interested in trying a semi. I felt my jaw hit my knee on its way to the floor. Then to add to my amazement she went to some gun boards researching the different models and made a list of what she wanted to check out. It came down to the M&P, PPQ and XDm. So we went to a few shops to try their wares. Besides the feel and balance, one of the criteria was her ability to rack the slide, which was difficult on some of the guns she tried. So as a final surprise, she picked an an OD&Black 9mm. That woman never ceases to amaze me. ![]() |
