I installed one of those Buffer Technologies plastic doohickeys in my Glock 19 and gave it a run this weekend. I have to say that the pistol continued to run flawlessly and the recoil (OK, it's only 9 mm) was somewhat reduced. Here comes the part where I'll get flamed - I think my groups tightened up! I was shooting 4-5" groups at 20 yards, which is 50% better than the last time. Same ammo, same gun, same weather conditions, hell, even same breakfast. I'm usually not one for add on gizmos, but this really helped.

Man, if they're cheap, I'd say stick with 'em! The effect could be purely psychological, but who cares? A 50% increase in accuracy is huge! November
