I've seen them, once fired, Winchester AAs, in Cabela's catalogs, as well as other sources.
With the proper wad, you can load high base equal loads in, "low base" hulls of Winchester or Remingtion and likely Federal brands. A web search should quickly bring an answer to your question. Keep em coming! Crusty Deary Ol'Coot |

Here's one place:
http://www.precisionreloading.com/mm...de=RELOAD_SHOT The Remington Unibody hulls are not bad. Either 6 or 8 point crimp. They are out of some brands. |

Many local clubs ...will sell once fired hulls...especially in 12ga...
The most durable 12ga hull out there is Remington STS or Remington Nitro ...where you'll easily get 15 or more reloads from them, unless you go really hot.. Rem STS or Nitro hulls ...once fired...will cost you at least $ 0.05 each. If you only want or need 200 hulls...I'd say just buy a flat of new Rem STS shells ( a flat is 10 boxes ) ....and then keep the hulls. |

you can also find them on the interneet at some of the online gun stores. If your close to a trap filed, go there on a major shoot. Talk to the grounds man and see if you can get some. Many times they will give you them but you must take everything in the box...not just the good ones.

BPI is usually the cheapest place around, for new hulls; and not bad for fired hulls.
Right now, they have a pretty good deal going on Fiocchi hulls. (Primed ![]() If I was in the market for some new 2.75" hulls, that's what I'd buy. But... if you plan to use a star crimp (fold crimp), I would buy fired hulls. It saves time, frustration, and equipment adjustments.

BPI is a great source. When I started reloading shotgun shells, I had all kinds of questions and they answered them. Good customer service and knowledgeable staff.
