Shoulder Holster recommendations

I’m in the market for a comfortable shoulder holster for my Glock 21SF. All recommendations appreciated.

Is there a particular reason you want a shoulder holster?

IWB (such as the CompTAC Infidel) generally trump shoulder and allow you more clothing options, especially it hot weather.

That being said Galco does the http://www.usgalco.com/HolsterPG3.as...D=657&GunID=46 and the http://www.usgalco.com/HolsterPG3.as...=3163&GunID=46 which are both well made.

I bought a Miami Classic years ago for my G19. Later picked up an offside tie down. It has a double vertical mag pouch on the offside.

It's ok, the shoulder straps are thin and after all these years I don't think it's adjusted properly.

It's no fast and you have to be aware that your gun is in a different location if you need it.

Other than that it's great for driving.

Best,

Shouler holsters are great in theory but in practice they are a little more difficult. I bought a Bianchi a few years ago for my S&W snubnose and it's not comfortable and I can't get the shoulder harness to stay put. After screwing around with it, I finally gave up on it.

I won't steer you away from shoulder holsters, but I'd cafefully consider before I dropped my cash on one again.

As far as recommending one, I can't, but I will suggest staying away from Bianchi's should holster.

Galco Miami Classic II. Has horizontal mag holder and wider shoulder straps then the plain Classic.

I have one each for my full size 1911 and my G29.

Very comfortable and easily concealed with a shirt or jacket.
