Sig P226 Equinox 9mm value?

I’m asking for a friend on this one.

He’s got an opportunity to buy a very very lightly used, Sig P226 Equinox in 9mm. I know that these aren’t exactly anything special other than having nice cosmetic features and night sights. But they apparently only produced a few hundred in 9mm by mistake.

I can’t find any for sale anywhere. And I can’t even find any that were sold, so I have no good way to gauge prices on them. All I know is that similar Equinox Sigs in 40, 357 and 45 can go for anywhere between $500-$950 even when used.

His out the door price would be $800.

Is this a fair deal? A good deal? A great deal?

It comes with everything it originally did as shipped from the factory.
