Federal HST: Bonded vs. Not?
I'm looking to order some Federal HST to try out at the range as an SD round. I've seen the HST listed as Tactical Bonded, and Tactical Bonded +P. I understand the +P, but what's the diff. between the bonded & not? Is the bonded likely to over-penetrate?
TIA. BTW, Streicher looks to be about $5 cheaper per box than ammunitiontogo at the moment... |

May be cheaper than ammunitiontgo, but if you're looking for 9mm and .45 HST, most flavors are on backorder.

Tactical Bonded and HST are 2 different loads.
As far as I know, they both come in standard and +p versions. I don't think there is a bonded version of the HST. |

Thanks guys, I stand corrected. I was looking at ammunitiontogo & saw the Tactical HST & Tactical Bonded, and somehow my brain added "HST" to the latter. My bad
