they have one over at ar15.com and it works quite well. it would be a good place for non-loaders to ask their questions and for ballistics experts to answer them.

We've discussed this here. The prevailin' opinion is that we ask about the cartridge in the appropriate forum (i.e., if you want 9 Luger ballistics, ask in Handguns, .30-06, ask in Art of the Rifle, etc).
