If you like the way it shoots, go for it. I've shot a couple and dont mind the way it handles. I just prefer the way my 870 Magnum feels. $429 doesnt sound like a too bad of a deal.

I got one a couple of months ago, and still absolutely stoked about it! That's about what I paid for mine too.

A few years ago, you could never buy a used Benelli for that. very good value. A Rem. or Moss. would do just as good for HD, but there is no reason not to get the more exotic and sexy one here. I don't care for the feel of the cocking stroke, but that's just my impression for me. A fine weapon capable of 10 gauge power (though for HD the low end of 12 is fine).

What kind you getting? Rifle or GR sights? Comfortech or PG stock ("Steadygrip" or something)? I've read here Benelli only sells the M4 stock to LE (and the 922r concerns), but recently saw the collapsing model on the M4 and Supernova at a nearby outdoors store, didn't ask about them but don't think they put LEO stuff out on the floor.
