What do I need?

I have been reading the forum for quite some time. This is my first post in the this forum. I wanted to say thanks because I have learned a lot.

I have been loading on a single stage press for about a year now. I need to step up to a progressive press. I am set on the Hornady LNL. Do i just need to purchase the shellplate for the specific caliber I am loading to use this machine? (I already have dies, scales, caliper, tumbler, ect.) I know I can purchase a case feeder etc. I just want to get the machine running (nothing fancy right now). Also when I do a caliber change do I need to adjust the dies each time?
