My form 1 was approved

I called this morning and found out my form 1 was approved on Friday and put in the mail yesterday. With the help of the USPS I could possibly be on the range Saturday shooting my 14" Mossberg 545. That would be a 500 receiver with 590 internals, 14" barrel and mag tube. A little more than a 500, a little less than a 590 I'll post pics when I get it assembled.

Nice! When did that F1 leave your mailbox? I sent one out on 7-17 and haven't heard back yet. I haven't called either.

It arrived in the mail today. I sent it out on 6 July, so 33 days mailbox to mailbox.

Very nice! That should put mine about 10 days out... we'll see.

What are you putting together? Here is mine, I got it assembled this afternoon. It's a 500 receiver with a 14" 590 "kit".

Another one of these:

The next one will be a .223, though.

Nice, that is what I'm already pondering for my next project. Just can't decide if I want to do that or buy a can for my G21.

I'd go with another SBR over a .45 can. They don't suppress as well as other calibers do.

That's what I'm leaning towards. A 10.5" upper and then adding a can to it later. I was tossing up the pistol idea, but the more I think about it the SBR keeps popping up.
