Buying tomorrow. Best SMALL automatic?
Ok, I'm buying another pistol tomorrow. I am going to upgrade from my trusty little Raven which will become a victim of some diabolical experimentation this weekend.
So in the interest of needing a new PEE-shooter, what are the recommendations? I was thinking 32 auto. But I'd like to stay small, like the Raven. A composite or other lightweight alternative would be excellent. I have no need for a larger round. So micro 9mm parabellum or such are not needed. Serious suggestions please because I'm seriously buying something tomorrow. Jim PS: Something manufactured in the US by a US company would be a plus since the Yirrupee'in guns price out at a minimum of actual value x 1.2 for Euro exchange rate. |

What about the Kel-tec P32? It appears to be very light.

seecamp all the way......its like a can of good tuna.....reliable, relatively inexpensive, and it will give you the same reaction every time: "Good result in a small package"

I carry a NAA Guardian in .32ACP daily. I'd recommend one slightly above a Seecamp and well above a Keltec or Berretta Tomcat.

I have the Beretta Tomcat .32auto and it's an OK piece. Only had 2 fail-to-feeds in about 400 rounds, and those were both on the last round in the magazine.
I think you'd also be well-served with the Kel-Tec. Small, light package for a low price. |

I looked at the Beretta Tomcat, it seemed very well put together. But, I'm left handed so the saftey and mag release didn't work too well for me. I like the NAA Gaurdian in .32 or .380. I think as far as bang for the buck its a very nice gun. You can't go wrong with the Seecamp its what the NAA gaurdian was copied from. I don't know much about the Rohrbaugh, other than anyone that owns one, seems to loves it.

A comparison chart (from the seecamp site)
http://seecamp.com/SizeWeight.pdf "gotta be light and have a handy lanyard" My KT P-32 is really light and came 'lanyard ready' ![]() -PB |

Never had a problem with my P32. Seecamp is great but they can be hard to find and expensive.
