what is this $179 .17 hmr at wal-mart

I am curious what this gun is. It was an emptey slot I just saw the tag.

Marlin 17V with a black synthetic stock heavy barrel blued. Bolt action with I believe 7 round magazine.

The Marlin has a 7 rounder??? The Savage has only got a 5 rounder....

They don't even make ten rounders for it that I can find.
