Bluing MIM parts

I have a couple pistol that use MIM parts. On my 1911 The MIM parts are black, how do you get this finish yourself ? Like if you want to remove a scratch or some wear marks on the MIM part. Before I just use to use blueing, but this dose not seem to work on these type of parts.

Thanks,

Tony

I've used the spray-n-bake, teflon/moly coating from Brownells, and it matches matte blue, and black parkerizing, very well.

If the blueing won't take, perhaps they are blackened stainless-steel parts.
