9mm choices

I posted a query about which 9mm people liked in a Med sized gun a while back. Played with and shot a couple..sweet 6906
,3913, Firestorm mini etc. But I ran across a decent deal on a CZ PCR..used for 279$. Repaired a couple of Hi Caps for it also.
I cleaned it up a little and took it for a test shoot. Very Nice.....
Accurate and the trigger very good. Its a gun that just feels good in your hands. I was very surprised how little it recoils compared to other guns its size and weight.
I like all of the extra goodies that come on this gun..like a 6906 in ways. Extended mag release, Novak style sights, extra serrations and so on..
Should make an excellent primary carry, environment permitting....now I gotta find holsters and play with different ammo...the fun never ends.
Shoot well

Eric do you think that the rear sight on the PCR would fit on a CZ75b ?? Perhaps without any alteration of the slide..I have the
aftermarket adjustable set on one gun and like it but it sets quite high, love the rear sight picture..Flat face like good target sights..
Does that sight have that feature ??
Tried the big dot sights but they shot a foot high at 25 feet..
Hate to have to send a gun away to get anything done to it,so
things have to be simple to apply...

Blades...thanks. Just about any #10 holster will work perfectly...the gun is almost the exact same size and shape as a 39/69 series S&W auto. The molded leather holsters for the S&W's work nicely.
I also found a Bladetech IWB Kydex for it...Ill be getting it soon.
I had a couple that worked well with my old Compact...same size and shape as the PCR.
Bompa,
The PCR and 75B are the same sight configuration. The only guns that are different are the Compact and 83..taking the same "non standard" CZ sight. Sounds like you have the MMC's and from what Ive seen, are great sights....
My sight isnt adjustable....side to side only..standard dovetail.
The old style PT's are kinda like the stock sights on the PCR...like a Novak wanna be...Ill call them today. I like the sight picture and its a good carry sight design.
Shoot well

The sights that I am interested in are what is pictured on the gun
in the picture you posted earlier..I have a set of LPA sights on
one gun, like them but they are high, and the ones pictured look interesting..They appear to be rather low also..
Guess the thing to do would be to call Mike and ask him..
Thanks for any help..Injoy the CZ as I know you will.

Bompa,
I just got of the phone with PT nights and they have a set that are low and similar to a Novak style. Ill let you know exactly what they look...they are gonna email me a pic.
Trijicon makes a set for the CZ that is quite low profile..but is square instead of "front sloping" like the Novaks. Ill let you know what I find out about them all.....
Shoot well

I am not looking for night sights just something a bit more user
friendly for old eyes than the factory jobs on the 75b.. Just got back from the CZUSA web site and was surprised to see that they are offering the 75b with the firesite..Was under the impression that the firesite was no longer in production.. The
mount would be interesting as I have an Optima 2000 sitting around doing nothing..
I believe my e-mail address is in profile if not here on CZforum..
Thanks
Henry
