Current pricing on a Henry Golden Boy

Hey folks, I have a friend that is highly interested in purchasing one of the Henry Golden Boy 22's. We found one place that has them for around $350 and I was wondering if that price is about right, high or low. Thanks in advance,

Here in Illinois, that's about what they go for. I'm not sure about other places, but I think the suggested retail is $379. Usually they are going for $349.99, but for quite a while they were hard to get. This seems to have passed. Nice rifle, although I wonder about how the brass will hold up in the field. I plan on getting one in the near future, so many guns so little time....

my brand new blued "Henry Repeater" was $199.95 out the door...

the "golden boy" would have been $299.95... so, a littie high, but your area may account for that...

The Golden Boy isn't brass. I think it's an aluminum alloy that includes some brass. Called 'Brasslite'. It's mentioned in a recent AR article on .22's.

Gander Mountain had the golden boy for about $350 last winter, they had a marlin 39a for $375 yesterday. Might be something to think about. The Golden boy looks really nice but I've been drooling over a 39 for a while now, probably be awhile before I can get either though.
