Suggestions for another caliber to reload?
I'd like to stay with revolver cartridge's cause I like'em better but can't decide what to try to reload for next. I have .357/38spl., .45acp & .45colt, 44mag, and though I wonder why sometimes, a 9mm. I've read about the 32mag Ruger is making how's it? Any others you can think of?

.32 ACP or, if you REALLY want to piss yourself off, .25 ACP.

.32 and .25 are for the ham fingered.
To test patience and eyesight try the 2.7mm Kolibri. If you can locate componants, they will dissappear in your carpet anyway. ![]() Sam...My favorite 9mm is the 9X32R. |

I handload the 9m/m round; there's nothing to it, as
it's easy as eating a hot apple pie. ![]() ![]() ![]() Best Wishes, Ala Dan, N.R.A. Life Member |

45 ACP is the easiest I have ever reloaded. Cases last for ever. Easy to view the inside of the case for quality control. The bullets are easy to handle. Resizing is a breeze. Got a friend who is a major reloader, says its almost cheaper to buy the 9mm bulk packs than to reload them. Don't shoot 9mm so I don't know if that is true or not.

Revolver caliber
Looks like you have most of the revolver calibers except .41 magnum. No, I don't have any bias (ok, well maybe a little).

You should be able to use the 45 colt dies along with the 45ACP shellholder and crimp die and do 45 win mag. Definitely if your 45LC also does 454 casull.
I noticed you don't have 38 super on there. Every die collection should have one of those. It might require you to purchase a 38 super pistol for safety testing purchases, but that's the price we all have to pay ![]() 32 mag is an underrated little cartridge. You should have one of those too. And a test platform, don't forget. 41mag would also be called for, but keep them away from the 44mag dies, because they tend to argue ![]() 10mm & 40 is another two-for-one combo that you don't have, and they are popular. You never know when you'll be outside and a new pistol suddenly appears on the sidewalk, and there's a good chance that it might be one of those. Probably your safest bet though, is to get the lee book, and start at the beginning, getting a set of dies and a new pistol for each cartridge listed. You may want to cheat and get a contender so all you need are the barrels. That safety/testing thing again ![]() ![]() ![]() |
