Tackling a pistol grip customization
I recently bought a pair of rosewood grips for a west german sigP220 (also called swiss army P75) with the name and swiss army cross set in the checkering. Im aware of the task of working with oily rosewood and am willing to do it. My question is after prep and coloring before sealing the wood i was thinking of gold leafing the insignia and sealing after...could this work and could anyone offer advice before i try to "pimp my sig" thanks in advance you guys are the greatest
