M1 ball clone for garands

Preliminary results of my garand M1 ball clone loads.

Intended to get ~2700fps mv and sub 2 moa accuracy.

Each pic has the powder used along with charge and actual MV according to Labradar.

All projectiles were 175gr smk.

Rifle used was my MC-1/M1952 garand with 4x scope unmodified and in USGI configuration

Fired at 100yds from supported position.

2moa from a GI configuration Garand? That would be something.

It's amazing what results you can get when you put a rifle together the right way.

A good tight stock is a must.

Second is having a good handload ...I'd say 2 of the 5 posted show great results.

I have a few other powder combos I'm going to play with but these two and my reliable varget load certainly pass the 2 moa requirement.
