I decided to spring for a .177 Crosman 760 PumpMaster air rifle. Brought it home, cleaned it up, mounted an Aim Scope 4x32, and loaded her up. Now, on those days when I can't go shooting the big guns at the range, I can sit at home and shoot to my heart's content.
I have a clear line of sight from the living room coutch through the kitchen, about 24 feet. I can practice trigger control, breathing, and target aquision without running a high ammo bill.

People chuckle at me but I do the same thing,,,
I have a daisy Spitting image on a vertical floor rack beside my easy chair.
I have 30' between me and a very effective BB trap down the hall,,,
One advantage of living in a mobile home is the long hall.
That rifle and an airsoft pistol keep me amused at a moments notice.

All three of our kids have their own BBgun. I have shot each one more than all three kids put together!

A Crosman 760 PumpMaster was the first gun I ever bought with my own monies back around 1964. Don't think I ever shot a pellet outta it, only BBs.

I remember saving my pennies to buy a tube of bb's to feed my 760!

My first "gun" too. At that young age I shot one hole groups with it at 50 feet, prone. If they're still rifled barrels, the gun's good enough to do it. I even sent it back to Crosman a decade or so ago I guess to be refurbished (air was leaking).

I still have mine!
I don't even want to think about how old it is...
I wonder what the first year of their manufacture was?
I pulled it out of the closet last year to dispatch a small 'possum that came in the house through the doggie door! Thought the 9mm might "disturb" the neighbors...

I wore out a few 760's as a kid. I spent a whole lot of time with an air rifle in my hands.

Another air gun guy here.
They sure provide a lot of fun, convenient and inexpensive trigger time, right here at home.

I still shoot mine as well, and I keep the bore clean and leather baffle lube and stills holds air as it did when I first got it.

I bagged my first jackrabbit with the good ole 760!
Brings back memories of simpler times..
