To day is a good day, I sold some of my pistols and got a Tikka T3 battue lite in 7-64 caliber (very popular hunting caliber here in europe).
I went to the shooting range on my way back and sighted it a 100 meters, all I can say is "damn it shoot good!".
so now after the cleaning I just ordered a limbsaver recoil pad, some optic fiber replacement for the true glo sights and some reloading dies!
Guys if you look for a good lightweight and very compact riffle, this is THE one!

Grats on the new gun. I looked up that cartridge - looks like it fits neatly between our .270 Winchester and 7mm Rem Mag. Nice gun.

Congradulations! I have a T3 Lite in 300wm and a T3 Super Varmint in .223 and I love them.

I use 130 gr in my .270, but it's mainly for coyotes (overkill, I know) and white tail deer in the south east are lighter than the European variety, I believe. I bet the 160 would be great for larger game.
