41 Magnum Lever

Heard a rumor at the gun show a few weeks ago. I was told that Marlin was going to release a limited number of 41 Magnum lever guns with the octangular barrel. Any truth?

I heard 1,000 will be made. My dealer is watching for me. In the mean time I picked up a Desert Eagle .41/.44. Now I'm back in the .41 mode and loving it. :)

My good friend and FFL just received his .41 lever... That is a fun gun... Chrono'd some rounds through it last weekend....

210 gr sp, @ 1750 fps.

They are sweet.
