I am looking for a price on an M 16 lower reciever. I have an upper but i cant seem to find anyone that can give me a price on a straight stripped lower. I dont need any of the pins or anything, just the lower itself. If anyone can give me an average price and a good place to find one i would appreciate it. Thanks

Moving this to the Rifle forum, likely to get more responses there

Try this site: http://www.ar15.com
There are lots of private individuals and companies advertise there under the "for sale" forum. Just bought myself a lower receiver a few days ago. Very sweet!

BushMaster or DPMS lowers(stripped) sell for $150-$170 here in CT. Have never seen anyone else's for sale around here. Fully assembled BM lowers w/stock go for $270, one local dealer had an assembled Colt lower last month and he wanted $500 for it! No wonder Colt has one foot in the grave once again!

agree on AR15.com, if you really want full auto M16 receiver, be prepaired to pay $2000 and up.

i guess you are asking for an AR 15 reciever
M-16s are full auto and civilians can only own pre 1984 ones
they are scarse & as noted above expensive
Bushmaster claims to have semi auto lower recievers in stock http://www.bushmaster.com/flash_news_lower_receivers.htm
